RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Our Commitment At PetiQ, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our priority.
2. Your Rights Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008, you have the right to return goods within 10 business days of delivery if the product is:
- Defective or not in working order
- Not reasonably suitable for the purpose it was intended
- Does not conform to the description or sample shown
3. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee In addition to your CPA rights, PetiQ offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your pet doesn't take to the enrichment bowl within 30 days, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution — including an exchange or store credit.
4. Conditions for Returns To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original or near-original condition (normal pet use is acceptable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
5. Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on items that are:
- Heavily damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Returned after 30 days without a valid defect claim under the CPA
6. How to Return Email us at petiq@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
7. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
8. Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping.
