1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Method PetiQ ships nationwide across South Africa via Aramex Store-to-Door, a reliable door-to-door courier service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, particularly for more remote or rural areas.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Aramex tracking number. You can track your parcel at www.aramex.com or via the Aramex app.
6. Delays & Liability While we strive to ensure timely delivery, PetiQ is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at petiq@gmail.com and we will assist in following up with Aramex on your behalf.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. PetiQ cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply.
8. Lost or Stolen Parcels If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days at petiq@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with Aramex on your behalf. PetiQ is not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.
